NFL Tackling Racially Charge Language

March 3, 2014

The NFL is considering penalizing use of the “n-word” during football games.  Most employers have discrimination policies that forbid use of such language.  Unfortunately, racially charged language is still used in the workplace.  When it is, the employer’s policies usually require the offended employee to report the inappropriate language to specifically designated individuals.  If you fail to properly report the language, you may be banned from later bringing a suit based on racial harassment or discrimination.  If you have questions regarding racially charged language used on the workplace, please contact your Tampa Discrimination Attorney, Darren McClain.
