Labor Board Rules Against College Football Player Union

The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) recently rejected Northwestern’s football players’ attempt to unionize.  Without addressing whether the players were actually employees, the Board ruled that allowing union of football players would potentially create competitive unbalance in college football and could destroy the current system.  If you feel that you are being treated unfairly at work, please contact Darren D.
