EEOC Files Suit Age Discrimination Against Seasons 52

The EEOC has filed suit in Federal court in Miami against Seasons 52 for discriminating against applicants who are over 40 years old.  The suit alleges that applicants over 40 were denied for reasons such as they did not have a “youthful appearance” or that the restaurant did not want to hire “old white guys.”  If you have questions regarding any claim of discrimination, please contact Darren D.
