Trump Election Could Create Uncertainty in Employment Law

After a historic election, Republic Donald Trump won the presidency.  Because he has never been in politics, no one can know for certain what employment laws he favors or would seek to repeal.  On the campaign trail, he has mentioned paid leave, but has not offered any specific plans.  Additionally, his nominees for the Supreme Court, assuming a conservative bent, could change longstanding Supreme Court precedent.  If you have an employment question, contact your Tampa Employment Lawyer, Darren McClain.
