March 20, 2013

CVS has announced that it will impose a $50.00 per month surcharge on employees who do not comply with its “wellness program.”  Under the new federal health care insurance mandate, companies may also penalize obese workers, smokers and anyone  who does not participate in the company wellness plan and meet specific goals.  If you have any questions regarding your employee rights, please contact Darren McClain.
